Delivery Policy
- Delivery is completed within the estimated timeframe communicated during the order process.
- Standard delivery includes service up to the second floor free of charge.
- Additional delivery fees may apply for higher floors where no elevator is available.
- In cases where delivery access is restricted or unsafe, products may be delivered to the nearest accessible location.
- Delivery to any floor is free when a working elevator is available.
