AURA Warranty Coverage

 

We guarantee this product against all manufacturing defects under normal usage and maintenance conditions. The warranty period is 5 years from the date of installation and operation of the unit, provided that installation is completed within a maximum of two months from the date of purchase. Spare parts availability is guaranteed for two years after the warranty period ends.


Warranty Conditions

  1. The product must be installed and operated by Aura or one of its authorized distributors according to the technical specifications and instructions stated in the installation and operation manuals supplied with the product. Otherwise, the warranty becomes void.
  2. During the warranty period, Aura or its authorized distributor who performed the installation shall repair or replace any defective part free of charge if inspection confirms a manufacturing defect.
  3. During the first year, if the same malfunction affecting the product’s performance occurs more than twice consecutively, the defective unit (indoor or outdoor depending on the defect) shall be replaced free of charge.
  4. In case the installation is carried out by the customer according to the technical instructions stated in the installation manuals, the warranty shall only cover spare parts in case of manufacturing defects. Inspection, testing, and transportation costs shall be charged to the customer.
  5. Starting from the third year, the warranty does not include refrigerant gas in cases of misuse or non-manufacturing defects. Only the defective part shall be replaced free of charge in case of manufacturing defects; the entire unit shall not be replaced.
  6. The warranty is valid only upon presenting:
    • The warranty certificate
    • An approved purchase invoice from an authorized dealer
    • Installation report

If these documents are not provided, the warranty shall be valid only for three months from the production date.

  1. During the warranty period, maintenance and repair services shall be performed by Aura or one of its authorized distributors who carried out the installation.
  2. To maintain warranty validity, periodic maintenance must be performed once annually by Aura or an authorized distributor according to the company’s technical instructions. Maintenance is free during the first year; after that, only the visit fee applies.
  3. Aura reserves the right to retain replaced components under warranty. The customer may keep them only after paying their value.

Warranty Becomes Void in The Following Cases

  1. Damage resulting from electrical connections between the power source and the air conditioner switch, including:
    • Incorrect wiring
    • Electrical source defects
    • Voltage fluctuations
  2. Damage caused by weather conditions, such as:
    • Storms
    • Sandstorms
    • Lightning
    • Floods
    • Acid rain
    • Rodents or insects
  3. Damage resulting from incorrect transportation by the customer.
  4. Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications made by the customer.
  5. Damage caused by incorrect installation, service, maintenance, or repairs performed by the customer.
  6. Damage caused by reinstalling the product in another location by the customer instead of Aura or its authorized distributors.
  7. Loss of the warranty certificate, invoice, or any tampering with them, or violation of installation technical specifications.
  8. Installation in places containing gases or emissions affecting the unit components, coils, or welding areas, such as sewage stations, drains, or chemical factories.
  9. Altering or removing the product serial number or any product component serial number.
  10. Removing or tampering with the unit data card or serial number label.
